At Triambizak, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We proudly stand behind the quality of our trisuits, accessories, and athletic gear. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our detailed return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility Window
You may request a return within 30 business days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact
- A return must be authorized by our customer service team before sending
Returns submitted without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:

If the item is damaged or incorrect, include photos for verification

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the return warehouse address

Send your return using a trackable shipping service
Returns sent without authorization will not be processed.
3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our shipping error, Triambizak covers all return shipping costs

For all other returns (such as size, change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping fees

Do not return items to our UK business address. Returns sent there will not be accepted or processed.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Final sale / clearance items (unless damaged or defective)

Personalized or custom-made products

Items marked as "non-returnable" at checkout

Used or worn items that no longer meet our return criteria
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos

We'll arrange a refund or replacement, and cover return shipping if applicable
8. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Processing takes up to 10 business days after the item is received and approved

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
Refunds may be denied if the item does not meet the return criteria or arrives damaged due to improper return packaging.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
